CONGRATS Madison and the Utah Sting!

BIG CONGRATS to Madi and her softball team, the Utah Sting!  They played in their final summer tournament this past weekend, The Mizuno Classic and won!  After dropping into the loser’s bracket first thing on Saturday morning, they went on to play (AND WIN) 8 straight games to take the championship.  Along the way, Madi pitched one of her best games of the season.  Almost everything she threw seemed to be a STRIKE!  After that particular game, her arm was very, very sore and she didn’t know if she would be able to pitch again that day.  Her coach called on her a few games later to pitch against the team that beat us that morning.  Even though Madi’s arm was hurting, she pitched the game of her life!  The game ended (4-3) when Madi got the third out by throwing a wicked rise ball!  It was soooooo cool!  We are SOOOO PROUD of Madison!!!!!

    That was very cool to read about Madi’s come-from-behind victory. Tell her congrats!
    BTW, Bonco is at my house this Month, on the 15th. Hope you can make it.
    Hope you have the rest of a good summer. There’s not much left now.
