Anyway….along with Zumba, I started doing GPP about 3 months ago as well. I fell in love with it. I even recruited Tyson and Carl to join along with me. They are loving it as well.
In my quest to get more fit, I have been trying to eat more fruits and veggies, AND more protein.
This was tonight's dinner:
Roasted Asparagus and Broccoli
Roasted Sweet Peppers, Tomatoes and more Broccoli
Paired with Turkey, wrapped in bacon
