National Honor Society

Tyson Moll.

My son.

One of ONLY 7 sophomore students at Judge Memorial Catholic High School inducted into the National Honor Society last night!  I’m so proud!  He has worked so hard this year (and last) to keep his GPA above 3.5 while playing sports year round, and trying to have a social life! Ü  A ceremony was held last night at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Salt Lake City, Utah.  It was cool!  When I was in high school, if you had a GPA above 3.5, you were automatically in the NHS.  At Judge Memorial, you must complete a lengthly application (which includes academic, service, leadership & character information), and then you are reviewed by the faculty, who make the final decision.  Pretty sweet!  Here is a photo of Tyson and his friend Kelli (who was also inducted into the NHS), last night.  (Excuse his hair!  He had just come from baseball practice and had been wearing a hat for 3 hours, and didn’t think to bring a comb or hair gel!! Ü)

Wow. He just continues to excel in all parts of his life, doesn’t he? That is so cool. You and Carl are definitely doing something right. By-the-way, I was thinking his hair looked good like that (and that was even before I read your narrative).
