It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Uncategorized

We spent most of the day yesterday listening to Christmas CD’s and getting the Christmas decorations out!  I love decorating for Christmas!  Here are a few photos of our Christmas decorating efforts.  A photo of my kitchen window box, a photo of the bay window in the dining area, a shelf in the dining area, and one of the kid’s Christmas tree in the family room.  We give the kids an ornament every Christmas for ‘their’ tree.  Oh, and one more photo of Carl putting up THE BEAST!  This is our huge tree for the living room.  Each branch has to be put in individually.  It usually takes Carl all day to get the tree up and then put the lights on.  It is BEAUTIFUL once it is up, b ut a pain in the butt to put up and take down each year!  Ü

I love the christmas season too, Ali. I cant wait to get our tree. Right now we have a huge debate going on about live or fake. We always cut down a real tree but I want an artificial one this year.
Your home is gorgeous!!! Love the view of the mountains. You are so lucky to see that every day.

Looks like you have been a busy girl! I LOVE the wreaths on the bay window – that is so cute! Your tree looks just like ours and you weren’t kidding when you said it takes all day to put up. :o)
p.s. Do you know the name of the paint color in your house? I LOVE it!!

Oooh…this has me so excited to get MY decorations up. I just need to clean the house first. I have issues with putting up my decorations in a dirty house. LOL! Not like it will LAST with my little 3 year old running around…but at least it STARTS that way. LOL!

The tree looks great, I remember the first time I saw it in person, I was blown away. Our Christmas stuff is all up, but I’m having a hard time getting into the spirit of it when it’s 80 degrees outside.

Oh, very pretty!! I love the color of your walls. Kinda looks like the color I bought six months ago and I’ve still yet to paint. LOL I haven’t decorated yet. Just not in the mood. Maybe over the weekend, maybe!

Your home looks so beautiful! I am still working away here with the tree and decorations – it takes me a full week to get it all done.
