Friday Means FOOTBALL!

Uncategorized

Actually Thursday does too since Tyson plays JV (which is on Thurs.) and Varsity which is on Friday nights.  The Bulldogs play Ben Lomand this week.  The freshmen team won 48-0 and the JV team won 43-0.  It was a great game and Tyson scored 2 TD’s!  Hopefully, the varsity team will follow suite and win big too!  Go BULLDOGS!

Also playing tonight is the UNIVERSITY of UTAH!  Woo Hoo!  Go UTES! They are playing Arizona here at Rice Eccles Stadium.  GO UTES!

Madi has soccer games tomorrow (Mayor’s Cup) and nothing else the rest of the day.  Scrap maybe?  Hmmmm, we’ll see.  Sunday we are going to an annual pool party that our friend’s host each year.  This year one of them is battling breast cancer so the theme is COCKTAILS FOR CANCER.  It should be a fun day of relaxing, chatting with friends, and or course having a cocktail or two!

No plans for Monday.  More scrappping?  That would be awesome!  I hope everyone has a safe and happy Labor Day Weekend!  And continued prayers going out to those affected by Hurricane Katrina!  Peace be with you!

    Hey Al —
Just found myself wondering how you are and then I thought it would be easy to find out, so I pulled up your blog. I saw the article about Dui Kui (or however you spell/say that) in the Tribune on Thursday and wondered if you were the person they quoted. It was so good to hear that you have some closure on that. I can still remember the night that I was putting away dishes and listening to the news in the background and thinking how awful that was that some family had to go through that and then I heard them say Anne’s name and it made it so much more horrible and the saddest thing was there wasn’t anything anyone could do to make it any better. I am so glad that now you all get a chance to just move forward. What you wrote about Anne was awesome. I cried. I cried too about your back to school thoughts. I may stop reading your blog if you keep up with the tear-jerker entries. Hope you had a nice weekend.
